The jury of the National Piano Competition of MR-Bartok Radio has announced its decision. No first prize was handed out. The second prize was awarded to two students of the Liszt Academy, Zsuzsanna Tihanyi and Attila Licsák. The third prize was received by László Borbély and Péter Kiss.

The point is to increase gradually the level of the understanding, cultivation and practice of musical art. This task falls particularly to the new Academy. (Liszt to Antal Augusz)
