There has been a growing need for preparation courses by international applicants, therefore the Liszt Academy of Music is now announcing new two-semester preparation courses.

Divided into three categories, separate courses are offered for Instrumental Education, General Music Studies and Kodaly Music Pedagogy, respectively.

Targeted for would-be full-time students, who have already completed their high-school studies, the courses are designed to provide potential applicants with the necessary instrumental and theoretical background prior to the highly demanding entrance exam.

Participants will have a chance to have a closer look at the Hungarian way of music education, to plunge into the complex theoretical subjects, to get to know European culture and tradition and the environment, and to get familiar with the capital city of Budapest, and the city of Kecskemét, where the Kodály courses take place.
